  • Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or altered in any way.
  • Products without original packaging or missing parts.
  • Clearance, final sale, or promotional items marked as non-returnable.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return:

  2. Provide your order number, details about the product(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  3. Our team will review your request and provide you with return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, if applicable.

Please do not send any products back without obtaining prior approval and an RMA number.


3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a product defect, error on our part, or damaged during shipping.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method or purchasing shipping insurance for your return, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items otherwise.
  • Please securely package the item(s) to prevent damage during transit.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved Refunds:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • The refund amount will be the purchase price minus any original shipping fees, unless the return is due to our error or defective products.
  • Depending on your bank or credit card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect on your statement.

Partial Refunds:

Partial refunds may be granted in cases such as:

  • Items returned with missing parts or not in original condition.

Currently, we do not offer direct product exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

  • Provide photos of the damage or defect along with your order details.
