- All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday), excluding weekends and holidays.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
- Please note that order processing time does not include shipping transit time.

4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive the email.
5. International Shipping
Currently, Makaela Shop ships to addresses within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
6. Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

8. Lost or Damaged Shipments
- Makaela Shop is not responsible for packages lost or damaged due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers.
- If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please notify us immediately so we can initiate an investigation with the carrier and arrange for a replacement or refund if appropriate.
9. Multiple Shipments
For orders containing multiple items, shipments may be sent separately depending on product availability. You will receive separate tracking information for each shipment.
